Shipping and Processing Times

While we work to prepare your handmade items, please allow us 1-5 business days to process your order before it's shipped. Business days are Monday-Friday and do not include weekends and holidays.

Once your order has shipped, please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update in the system. Orders are shipped via USPS or UPS. Average delivery times are 2-5 business days.

BEAUTIFUL BLACK MAGIC LLC is not responsible for any stolen or lost packages. If you have any questions, please feel free to email beautifulblackmagic@gmail.com.


Returned Packages

Please ensure that you enter the correct shipping address during the checkout process. If your package is returned to sender, you will be asked to pay a reshipment fee. BEAUTIFUL BLACK MAGIC LLC is not responsible for any shipment issues caused by UPS or USPS.


Body Butter Shipping

With warm weather still in effect, we will be taking precautions to prevent the melting of body butters during transit. We cannot guarantee body butters won't melt during transit, but we will do everything we can to prevent it. We will only be shipping body butters Monday-Wednesday with ice packs. If for any reason your body butter melts, allow it to firm back up at room temperature or pop it in the freezer/fridge. Melting will not affect the body butter—it will still have the same benefits as before. We will not replace body butters due to melting during transit.


Disclaimer for International Shipping

If an order is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or fees required by the destination country. These charges are typically due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility as we are only charging the transportation fee of the package.

BEAUTIFUL BLACK MAGIC LLC does not have any control over these additional charges that may apply.

If a product is destroyed by customs, lost, or returned to the United States, we will NOT be responsible for the losses, product, or shipping refunds. It is the buyer's responsibility to cover the shipping costs for a second delivery attempt once the product is returned to BEAUTIFUL BLACK MAGIC LLC.
